iPhone and Eclipse

iPhone may not get Java, but Eclipse gets the iPhone. Yes, Eclipse gets an IDE to "increase iPhone developement productivity". I don't know if this is the official SDK (my guess is no), but anyway I found this pretty cool. See http://www.aptana.com/iphone/

  • It is apparently based on eclipse 3.2. Another interesting fact is that it based the RCP, plus some platform plug-ins (navigator, ide, ...) and what seems to a custom build of monkey script.

I would recommend you to open a bug against them (they have this functionality in the whole in one packages)
